HEY I’M EM,

I have been working in the Health and Wellness space for 5 years but started my journey 10 years ago. I went through my weight loss journey that left me spiralling and I fell into very unhealthy habits. It sparked my passion for the industry and wanting to help others so they don't suffer from the same mistakes.

I have my; Bachelor's Degree in Health Science specialising in Human Movement, Certificates III and IV in Fitness, and Certificate IV in Nutrition & have been awarded the ACT and National Rising Star Personal Trainer of the Year. I have worked with elite athletes with the AIS, and allied health professionals in multidisciplinary care and managed a number of clients both with my face-to-face coaching experience and online.

I specialise in lifestyle coaching, body recomposition and functional wellness. If I could summarise my coaching style I would say I lead by example, bringing empathy, care and compassion into the lives of my clients to ensure we can work collaboratively to see real change.

Fortnightly check-ins allow us to be mindful of busy schedules and be time-efficient in breaking down big changes across 14 days. The added beauty of online coaching is constant support via our chat and community forums so we stay well connected. 

  • Premium coaching is suited for EVERYONE. It is the best package to see real results and build long-lasting healthy habits. 

  • There is a lot I could break down here, but if I had to summarise why you should choose me I would say: Because I am educated, I am understanding and just like you I am a human who went through her own health and wellness journey.
